Yoga is the most effective way I've found to understand myself
Yoga came into my life in 2008 and, in small waves, has helped me see and change my path ever since. As my relationship with yoga became companionship, my relationship with everything changed too.

From copywriting to teaching: I never stopped working with words, I simply carried them onto the mat
I studied Labour Economics and worked for years as a copywriter, editor and social media specialist. To deepen what began in the body, I took my first foundational training in 2012 and have taught since 2013.
In 2017 I joined Githa Yoga and became one of its lead teachers. In 2021 I co-founded GOA Yoga, a yoga and Ayurveda centre in Moda, training teachers through 200 and 300-hour programmes.
Today I continue independently. Vinyasa is my first love; depending on the moment and the differences between bodies, you'll also find touches of hatha, hatha flow and yin.
Writing is part of my practice too: I write for Uplifers and talk about everyday “exit” routes on the Exit Talks podcast.

Since 2022 I've attended Sadhguru's programmes at the Isha Yoga Center; most recently Samyama in January 2026.
