Kadın, arabasını park ederken yanında oturan sevgilisinin onu izleyen bakışlarını yakaladı. Bir şeyler demek istese de gülümsemekle yetindi. Kadın, arabayı park ettikten sonra adamın eşyalarını beraber aldılar ve hiçbir şey söylemeden el ele tutuştular.
Kadın: ” Yol boyunca bu oyun gibi gelmişti. Sanki normal sıradan günlerimizden biriydi. Hatta gideceğini bile unutmuştum.”
Adam: ”Biliyorum. Bu benim içinde geçerli…Çünkü sıradan günlerden bir yaşamayı seçtik. (Bu sırada yağmur yağmaya başlamıştı.) Veda cümleleri kurması gereken iki kişi olduğumuzu unutmak istedik ve şu ana da kadar da unutmuştuk ama yolun sonu…Kaçacak başka yer kalmadı.”
Kadın: ”Biliyorum. İkimizi de bekleyen farklı hayatları daha fazla bekletemeyiz. Sanırım artık gitme vaktin geldi.( Adam, kadının başka cümle kurmasını engelleyerek onu öptü. Bu sırada ikisi de sırılsıklam olmuştu.)
Adam: ”Her ne olursa olsun şimdi veda etmek istemiyorum.”
Kadın:” Etme o zaman… Biliyorum tekrar kesişecek yollarımız. Ama olurda birleştiremezsek seni sevdiğimi unutma.”
Adam : ” Bende seni seviyorum.”
Kadın: ” O zaman her şeyi zamana bırakalım. Benim için bile olsa sevdiğim adamın hayallerinden vazgeçmesini istemem. Çünkü o zaman o kişi sen olmayacaksın.( Adam, birşeyler söylemek ister ama kadın onun izin vermeden devam eder.) Her şey için çok teşekkür ederim. Hayatıma kattığın, gösterdiğin her şey için… Sen benim sürprizimdin hayatımı değiştiren. Hadi artık hayat seni bekliyor.”
Adam: ” Seni de bekliyor.”
Adam, kadına uzunca sarılır. Önce dudağına sonra alnına bir öpücük kondurur ve sesizce fısıldar: ”Kim olduğunu sakın unutma her ne olursa, nerede olursan ol.”
Adam arkasını dönüp artık görünmeyecek mesafeye gelene kadar kadın ıslanmasına aldırmadan el salladı gözlerinden süzülen yaşlarlar beraber. Belki de şimdiye kadar hiç yaşamadığı iki duyguyu beraber yaşıyordu. Çok üzgündü sevdiği gidiyor diye tekrar ne zaman karşılacakları ise henüz çözülememiş bir denklemdi. Ama mutluydu geriye dönüp baktığında içini ısıtan anılara sahipti.
